Data protection
Who's the data controller?
ANYMO SOLUTIONS LIMITED (company number 17137827), registered at 1b George Street, Hull, United Kingdom, HU12 8JH, is the data controller for personal data collected through VCurl.
Where does my data live?
Our primary infrastructure provider is Enhost (enhost.uk), which handles hosting and data housing for the service. Enhost is operated by the same company that operates VCurl, but publishes its own privacy policy listing the specific third-party tools it uses to run its infrastructure.
How to reach us
Send privacy questions or data-subject requests to team@anymosolutions.uk. We respond within one calendar month under UK GDPR (occasionally up to three for complex requests, and we'll tell you if so).
Your rights
- Access & portability: export everything we hold about you (account, teams, domains, webhooks, API tokens, activity) as a downloadable ZIP from your profile. No written request needed.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data inline from your profile.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): delete your account and the personal data attached to it from your profile. Closed accounts sit in a 90-day recovery window so you can change your mind. Sign back in within that window to restore it. After the window, the data is permanently deleted.
- Restriction: ask us to pause processing while a query is investigated.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests; we'll stop unless we can demonstrate compelling grounds that override your rights.
- Withdraw consent: for processing where you previously gave it (e.g. marketing). Toggle marketing off from your profile any time.
- No automated decisions: we don't make legally significant decisions about you using automated processing alone.
Data processing for B2B customers
If you're using VCurl on behalf of an organisation and need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to satisfy your own data protection obligations, contact us and we'll provide our standard DPA on request.
International transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we use safeguards required by law (typically Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures where appropriate) so your data receives equivalent protection.
Lodging a complaint
If you're not happy with how we've handled your personal data, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EU, contact your country's supervisory authority. We'd appreciate the chance to address concerns directly first; please write to us at the address above.
